A passionate advocate for youth mentorship and community-based development, Wayne authored How To Build A GIANT, a blueprint for developing successful basketball feeder teams and community programs. He is committed to creating pathways for underserved young people to achieve their full potential through athletics, academics, and purposeful leadership.
Jeff Pollastro brings a wide-ranging background spanning creative direction, nonprofit communications, high-end interiors, basketball coaching, and youth mentorship. He has worked across multiple disciplines — as a decorative painter, creative strategist, and program designer — with a consistent focus on connecting academics, art, and athletics for young people. His philosophy centers on using data and technology strategically: tech tools are valuable only insomuch as they provide access and opportunity to those who need it most.
As Co-Founder and Creative Director of Crown Roots Foundation, Jeff leads the design and scaling of youth programs across the Poconos with plans for national expansion. He works directly with schools and community partners to expand access and opportunity, designs programs grounded in evidence, coaches and mentors young people, and leverages data and analytics to measure impact and improve outcomes. His vision is building a regional resource ecosystem that transforms how young people experience education, athletics, and opportunity.
